• Only in the email, named with the words “Sponsored by”, every time.
• Sponsors don't see pieces before they're published and don't choose what's covered.

What money can't buy

• A place in The Record or on the rights page.
• A softer figure, or a different year.
• Silence about a sponsor's own record.
